What restaurant owners ask.
How much does it cost?
It is a monthly subscription, priced on the size of your menu and which tier you need. Message us with your current menu and you will have a quote within 24 hours. Setup is quoted separately and only charged once.
How long until it is live?
Usually within a week of receiving your menu. If you are opening on a date, tell us and we will work to it.
Do my guests need to download anything?
No. They point their phone camera at the QR code and the menu opens in their browser. It works on every modern phone, and it works on a slow connection.
Who updates the menu?
We do. Send us the change — a message, a photo, a new PDF, whatever is easiest — and it is published within 48 hours. That is included in the subscription, however often you need it.
What if my internet goes down?
The menu is hosted on servers outside Lebanon, not in your restaurant, so it stays online regardless of what happens to your connection or your power. Your guests load it over their own mobile data.
Can I have my own design?
Yes. Your logo, your colours, your fonts, your photography. It should look like your restaurant, not like a template.
What happens if I stop the subscription?
The menu comes down and the QR code stops working. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee — but we will ask what went wrong.
